When Weiland saw a TMZ post claiming he was in jail he responded in a video showing him not in jail. "I just got done reading something very interesting, a nice piece of fiction from TMZ saying that I was in jail and have been for four months… I've actually been touring, writing and recording my new album."

As for Hurley, he'll probably face additional charges for providing police with flase information. To read the original TMZ article, click here.

The outpouring of support has been overwhelming from all corners of the world.

Robin Williams was an airman, a doctor, a genie, a nanny, a president, a professor, a bangarang Peter Pan, and everything in between. But he was one of a kind. He gave his immeasurable talent freely and generously to those who needed it most -- from our troops stationed abroad to the marginalized on our own streets. - President Obama
