"Earlier this year AC/DC released a statement explaining that due to illness, Malcolm would be taking a break from the band. Unfortunately, due to the nature of Malcolm's condition, he will not be returning to the band."

The band has not elaborated on Young's condition. It was elaborated on earlier when Mark Gable, front man of the Australian rock band The Choirboys stated in an interview that Malcolm "is sick. ... It's not just that he is unwell, it's that it is quite serious."

The band will be releasing a new album on December 2nd, entitled Rock or Bust. This will be the first album to not feature the Malcolm in the band's 41 year history.

Taylor Swift recently gave an interview with Rolling Stone about her new album 1989. In the interview she discussed the message behind the lyrics to the song "Bad Blood" that describes a female feud.

"For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not," Swift said. "She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, 'Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?'

"She did something so horrible," she said. "I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies.' And it wasn't even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational – you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it."

It has been rumored in the past that Swift has a feud with Katy Perry. If the lyrics are about Katy, that would explain the tweet she sent out late last night.

What do you think? Is the song about Katy Perry or someone else in the industry?

44-year-old Jason Michael Hurley was able to convince the Beverly Hills Police Department that he was Scott Weiland, former frontman for Stone Temple Pilots.

When Weiland saw a TMZ post claiming he was in jail he responded in a video showing him not in jail. "I just got done reading something very interesting, a nice piece of fiction from TMZ saying that I was in jail and have been for four months… I've actually been touring, writing and recording my new album."

As for Hurley, he'll probably face additional charges for providing police with flase information. To read the original TMZ article, click here.

The top choices for the 2015 Super Bowl halftime show are being asked to pay to secure the gig.

According to The Wall Street Journal, artists like Coldplay, Katy Perry, and Rihanna have been reached out to. The NFL has asked artists if they would exchange the headlining set for a portion of their post-Super Bowl tour earnings or make some other payment to the League.

Apparently it’s not winning over artists. The article states that the NFL "got a chilly reception from the candidates' representatives."
