An arrest warrant was issued after Rudd failed to appear in court on time. After arriving later, Rudd reportedly “winked at the media, drummed a rhythm on the dock then sped away from court in a black sports car.”

Rudd is in court facing charges of possession of drugs and threatening to kill.

It doesn’t think Rudd is taking the case too seriously. What do you see in the future for Rudd and his position in the band down the road? Let us know in the comments below.

Canter says the movie has been in the works for months and will be a “very detailed” look at one of the biggest rock bands.

“It's just going to KICK ASS! In no way will it be a cheesy movie like Rock Star. There really is such a great story here that even the outtakes will be great."
