On the Tonight show with Jay Leno Miley Cyrus was asked, what kind of advice she would give Justin to stay out of trouble. The &ldquo;Wrecking Ball&rdquo; singer replied with &ldquo;You&#39;ve got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don&#39;t get in trouble and party at your house. Buy a house, and add a club to it&rdquo; Lets hope Justin will take her advice and stay out of trouble. Via Wonderwall<br />

Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City made a hit song called “Good Time” but it’s not such a good time now. The two artists supposedly ripped off the song from a lesser known artist named Ally Burnett. A judge ordered for Jepsen and Owl City to pay Burnett 800,000 dollars for copyright infringement. Check out the Video of Ally Burnetts song.

Justin Bieber seems to be in the headlines seven days a week now. First Justin was arrested for DUI and Drag racing in Miami and now the “heartbreaker” singer has turned himself into the police for allegedly punching a limo driver in the back of the head. Back in December a limo driver picked up several passengers including Justin at 2:50am. A fight broke out between one of the passengers and the driver and Justin hit him in the back of the head several times. When the driver stopped to call police Justin fled from the scene.  The “Baby” singer turned himself into police last night and now faces assault charges.

The White House has some reviewing to do. Earlier this week word of a petition to have Justin Beiber deported back to Canada has been circulating the web. Well the petition has gotten over 102K signatures in just 6 days and is now being reviewed by the White House. The petition calls Justin, dangerous and a reckless drug abuser as well as a terrible influence on the nation’s youth.  Although the petition did gather more the 100,000 signatures the likeliness of Justin actually being deported are very slim.

The people of America are outraged by Justin Beiber’s latest run in with the law. The “baby” singer was pulled over last Thursday and charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence, and driving without a valid driver’s license. A petition has been circling the web to have Justin Beiber deported back to Canada and to have his green card revoked. So far the petition has 40,000 signatures, but needs 100,000 before the White House can review it.

Opening the Grammy Award show was Beyonce herself. The singer set the bar high with her performance of “Drunk in Love” giving a very stripped down, sexy performance while sitting in a chair. Later in her song Beyonce was joined by husband Jay-Z who came in and sang his verse. The power couple started of the Grammys with a bang. Jay-Z would go on to win a Grammy for best rap/sung collaborations with Justin Timberlake for his hit song Holy Grail and best music video for Suit and Tie.

The French Duo showed up at the Grammys dressed as robot men. They would go on to perform with Stevie Wonder, their hit song “Get Lucky” featuring Pharrell Williams, and leaving Pharrell to accept the Record of the Year award for them.
